Size exchanges — free, no faff

If your Mude doesn't fit the way you expected, email us at hello@mudeclothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

We'll arrange a free size exchange — no return postage cost, no lengthy process. Just your order number and the size you need.

Not sure on sizing before you order? Email us first — we'll help you get it right.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo.

We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any delivery costs.

Standard returns

If you'd like to return an item for any other reason, you have 30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

Return shipping is covered by Mude.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund within a few working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email hello@mudeclothing.com as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
